During the process, complete documentation for the final process validation and mass production is prepared.

We draw up:

• time schedule with all the required activities and controls,
• process execution diagram and PFMEA,
• control plan and
• technological workshop documentation.

The following is performed:

• testing of planned parameters and determination of final injection parameters,
• worker training by engineers and
• internal process validation and client validation.
